The worst, the worst service in the drive tru, the one who serves you does it in a way as if she never liked her job, saying the hell how I got to this place, she made me go around twice, because I had to serve the people behind me who arrived after me and in a very rude tone, and so be patient because if someone arrives later they will take you out of the line to serve the others, I hope a different person serves you and good luck with that, by the way, this was between 11:30 at night or 12:30 at that time the cashier was working

Late night Tacos after a night out, it just hits the spot
Ordered a double jacket combo and they gave a totally different burger. Their fries was so salty, I couldn't eat it at all. Seems like they didn't want to work at all. We pay for those meal, and if that's how they serve us, then I don't know.

The staff do not understand the meaning of a paycheck and where and how a paycheck gets deposited into their accounts each payday. They have no concept of what customer service means at all. Half ass service. Terrible food. They do not care and it shows. Look at the rest of the reviews. You all should be ashamed of yourselves at this jack in the box and take more pride in the brand and yourselves!

Service is terrible, I was at the drive through and the very old Mexican woman working the window pierced my sauce with her nail (also wearing no gloves).Went back to fix it and she was trying to charge me for another sauce packet. Not the first time at this location service was bad and they mess orders avoid going here regularly.
$20 coupon I think I was short changed with the meal deal and overcharged but I don’t know BECAUSE HE DIDN’T GIVE ME A RECEIPT. Calls to the restaurant go unanswered. Messaged “Jack” on TikTok. We’ll see if this gets resolved.

Went to get Hamburgers for lunch me a double jumbo Jack(not the combo )and a double bonus Jack combo for my wife They didn’t give a receipt I paid with debit card $14 and change Got hope and Bonus Jack was just bun small Patti no cheese no tomato or onions I tried calling the restaurant but no one answers I’ve been in before with no big problems

I ordered four tacos and specifically asked for two of them to have the lettuce and the sauce removed. The two tacos that I got had a tiny teaspoon of meat and nothing else in them so they forgot the cheese. When I tried to call them back to get the issue resolved they don’t have a valid working phone number so they don’t want the negative feedback. Crappy service always in a hurry. Get the orders wrong don’t have a valid telephone number and just don’t give a shit. I will never go to Jack-in-the-Box again crappy service crappy food. If you do go to this crappy location of Jack-in-the-Box, check your order before you leave the drive-through they constantly get orders wrong. Young kids just goofing around slapping together crappy food just terrible. MIA -
