Ordered the Sourdough Jack Burger and they substituted the Sourdough with a regular bun and didn't inform me.
WHY WOULD I ORDER SOURDOUGH AND SAY HOLD THE SOURDOUGH?????

I don’t usually write reviews but I’m taken aback by how bad this Jack in the Box is. I’ve been to tons of JiBs as a slob with very low standards for food. I would say I’m even a JiB fan! But i ordered a chicken sandwich from this location and I got the most wilted lettuce, overcooked patty, and burnt bun‽‽‽‽ No other Jack has EVER done me like this. The tacos I ordered were fine and the service at the drive thru was okay.
The delivery drive thru guy rondo treated us very poorly and didn’t give us all are food.

The worst, the worst service in the drive tru, the one who serves you does it in a way as if she never liked her job, saying the hell how I got to this place, she made me go around twice, because I had to serve the people behind me who arrived after me and in a very rude tone, and so be patient because if someone arrives later they will take you out of the line to serve the others, I hope a different person serves you and good luck with that, by the way, this was between 11:30 at night or 12:30 at that time the cashier was working
