First time eating here, as the online reviews were pretty good, and they were also featured on Check Please, Bay Area. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I ordered my food to go and did not take any pictures. I had the catfish dinner with yams and greens. Also ordered ribs, they were huge, brisket, mac and cheese, and green beans but received an extra order of greens instead. The yams tasted like they were canned yams. It was all very tasty but disappointed it wasn't...

Finally visited this place after hearing about it for awhile, it was definitely good. I like that you can order on your phone and pay prior. The food was good, the only thing was that the fried fish was good a little too much but other than that it was pretty good.

Not dressed up soul food with big portions and amazing flavor. I'm hoping they get Okra in sometime soon but also understand it's not for everybody, and might go bad before i can get there and eat it all. Ordered gumbo one day, came back four days later and had macaroni with beef brisket on top. 🙏🏻
