Don’t let the small size fool you—Jewel of India serves some of the best North Indian comfort food in San Jose. The aloo paratha is outstanding: freshly made, perfectly stuffed, light on oil, and packed with homemade flavor.

The chole bhature is just as good, with fluffy bhature and flavorful chole that tastes fresh rather than heavy or greasy. Simple, authentic food done right. A hidden gem I’ll definitely be coming back to !

Absolutely one of the best Indian restaurants in San Jose! The food at Jewel of India is always fresh, flavorful, and authentic. Every dish we tried was packed with amazing taste and quality ingredients. The restaurant has been beautifully renovated and looks modern, clean, and welcoming now.
