Foods are pretty good. Lots to choose from. Even it is from the mall but you don’t need to go in the mall. I would recommend if you are near this place. I will try more items and update.

This review is for a dine-in experience. I typically order delivery on doordash but noticed the portions had gotten a lot smaller and it’s not as flavorful as it was. So I thought if I went into the restaurant I could gauge if it's the same. Unfortunately it's not. We went on a Friday night, the server said inside seating was closed and sat us on a large rectangular table outside. It was cold so I asked him to turn on the overhead heater but I had to ask a couple times before he actually did turn it on.

The server seemed in a rush, didn't ask us if we wanted drinks or how spicy we wanted our ramen. The whole experience felt rushed and not as warm and welcoming as it should've been for a ramen place.

Pretty disappointed as this it used to be really good. And it is one of the closest ramen spots for me but I think I will have to go somewhere else for good ramen. The place looks fancier than it is. I wouldn't bother choosing here unless you had no other options, the ramen is basic and you have to pay for all the extras as add-ons.

Vegetarian options: So ordered the vegan harvest ramen which i usually take on pick ups, i complained about how spicy it was to my taste to a point where i couldn't even eat the dish so they offered a side broth , which eventually charged me with as an extra soup without telling me in advance and the manager at place actually confronted me instead of just saying sorry and replacing my dish. Left with a bitter feeling consider the fact i like their food i will not go back to a place where the service s bad and confronting with clients.

I ordered couple of Original Tonkatsu ramen for to go and it is so disappointing.
The ramen taste like ginger broth soup and u can really see the string pieces of ginger.
I did not enjoy the food at all. I'm expecting Pork tonkatsu broth but it doesn't taste like it at all.

Overpriced, but good solid ramen.

Their ramens are around $19 and if you add a $10 item, you're looking at $36 after tax/tip for 1 person.

I recommend their Jinya Tonkotsu Black Ramen.

Service was fast and efficient.

Note : The cushioned seats in the back of the store are badly set.
If someone is fidgeting, it'll shake everyone's seats.

I came in around the dinner rush but didn’t have to wait at all. I was greeted and seated immediately and i dont know the staff shout but i think it was nice— i felt greeted by the entire store. Food was fast and service great, i had the flying vegan harvest ramen and liked the brocollini.

Didnt try the eggplant appetizer or takoyaki but they looked amazing so i will be trying it next time.

I would come back when the weather is cooler

Tasty ramen with solid flavors. Enjoyed the tonkotsu with a strong garlic kick. Chicken was hearty and lighter bodied. The vegan harvest packed a punch and very filling - will order again even though I'm not vegan.

Ordered online in Utah and it placed the order to this San jose location (there are multiple). Tried to reach out through the customer support number they provided as well as called the restaurant immediately upon realizing this. Could not get ahold of anyone. When we arrived at the utah location to ask for help they said they aren't connected and to call them ourselves. Most interesting though was that they said this had just happened to another customer. Clearly I wasn't the first l so even if it was user error there is a clear pattern of a problem.Will change review if a refund is issued and this problem with their website is fixed.
