If you like bbq, you can find a few decent places in sj but if you love bbq! Look no further, this is by far the best bbq spot in the area hands down. The prices are reasonable, as bbq tends to be on the pricier side. The portions are good and the food... is perfect. The ribs are moist and tasty 😋. Most other bbq ribs in the area are dry and hard to chew. I've only ever had one rib comparable to this and that was down south. You can't go wrong with Jon Jon. I'm excited to try the brisket next. Also the beans are just wow. So delicious, nothing like what my madre and tias make at home, different style of cooking just as delicious.

I went to this place when it was just the barbecue pit and a couple of tables and chairs outside. Now they got it going on, and that's all because of the great food, the ribs, the sausages, everything is good there

First time eating at this place. The table was dirty and sticky. My chicken was pink inside (under cooked), and my ribs were fatty.

This is my new BBQ spot food and customer service was so good can’t wait to come back with friends and family one of the best lunches I’ve had in a while potato salad was so good with a drizzle of Bbq sauce to compliment it and the baked beans had the perfect sweetness too very delicious and the Brisket sandwich was tender and very filling excellent lunch all around !! Jon Jon’s Going Crazy ‘ ! Would of taken photo but food was gone before I can take photo for this review lol

I recently just ordered from this place via Doordash, about $100 worth of brisket for thanksgiving. I was unsure if they were going to be open or not when I placed the order on the 27th, but they confirmed my order was placed. Today, I waited all day for the delivery called with no response, until I eventually just had to go through Doordash and cancel it. Super unprofessional.
