As a Peruvian, I visited this restaurant to try their food. I ordered the ‘aguadito soup’, regular cebiche, and a traditional drink ‘chicha morada’. The soup was good and a very decent size, the cebiche wasn’t great and the chicha was ok but not amazing.
Ordered the beef and fries lomo saltado as well as the tallarines pesto with chicken. Overall flavor was good. Order at the kiosk and they will text your phone number when it's ready. The names on the screen don't all match the signs above nor the traditional Peruvian names. Aka the beef and fries lomo saltado was called sauteed beef and fries.
This place houses the first establishment in California. Yes, San Jose was the first city to be inhabited in California. It has open and closed settings servicing pizza, pasta, boba tea, momos, Vietnamese pho and Peruvian food too.Go an enjoy a variety of beer and Kombucha.
