I have somewhat of a conflicting view on this spot, but I honestly feel like overall I had a pleasant experience, and the food was good. after trying some leftovers from this place from my father, my husband and I decided to come here as a date lunch sort of experience. It's located in the food court of the Oakridge shopping mall so it was really Close and easy to find. We went inside and located it fairly quickly, there was just the one employee working there but she was very nice and offered to give us samples to try some of the food out first. We tried the black pepper chicken and the mango habanero chicken, and we liked both, so we decided to each get a plate here. It's essentially the same process as panda express, you pick a side and then you pick your two entrées. My husband opted for the rice with the mango habanero chicken as well as the bourbon chicken. I opted for the noodles with the black pepper chicken and the honey glazed chicken. They did also have a fish option and some shrimp but I was really in the mood for chicken, so that's what I stuck to.As far as getting what you pay for, I feel like you get more denser food for what you pay for if you're comparing to panda. I believe the price was roughly the same though, so in terms of if you're trying to save money, I think it's up to personal preference on what you like. In regards to the taste of everything, I honestly believe that the chickens had the best flavor, and the black pepper chicken I have to say, probably could have done with more of a kick. I think I'm used to spicier black pepper chicken, or just more pepper in it I'm not sure. They did have little slices of jalapeño in it, so that was nice, but it wasn't as much of a kick as I thought I was going to get upon ordering it. The honey glaze chicken was absolutely delicious, it reminded me somewhat of the orange chicken from panda express, but much sweeter, and without a ton of breading around it. The only issue with my food that I had was the noodles and I say that hesitantly because I really did enjoy them. However, I don't believe that they had much flavor to them. When I tried them, I thought maybe the bite I had was just not dipped or mixed in whatever sauce was on them, but I looked throughout the portion I was served, and it looked almost like the sauce they use is a butter or oil based sauce, I'm not too sure. Either way I think if the black pepper chicken on my plate had more of a kick, it would've been more enjoyable to eat the noodles because they would've been a nice contrast to the spiciness that would have built in my mouth. My husband liked all of his food, he especially like the bourbon chicken and had no complaints whatsoever. We each got a drink, I got a lemonade and he got a tea and I think total for the two meals and two drinks we paid $33 or something around there. Overall, I really did enjoy the food, some improvements could have been made for sure, but the employee was nice, we enjoyed our time out, and I would still come back here again!

CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE WALKING AWAY OR THEY WILL ARGUE AND FIGHT YOU ABOUT IT AFTERWARD!!!!! I was served moldy noodles in my plate. I am a regular and usually never have an issue with the food but the one time I did have an issue it was because I was served moldy noodles that were VISIBLY really molded. I barely touched the plate by the time I had realized the noodles were bad. When I went back to exchange for a new fresh plate the old hispanic lady working there decided to argue with me and fight about how the noodles I was served were "normal, and that's what they look like" while laughing at me as if that was obvious to her. Mind you, showed them the plate and they looked at the noodles and yet she still tried to convince me nothing was wrong. The other guy next to her knew that I was not in the wrong but yet he only stood to the side while she argued back and forth with me about why she isn't required to give me a fresh plate of food. I told her okay that's fine, you can either give me fresh food or give me a refund and that'll be that. She then got mad and told the other worker to "just give her the new noodles and that's it".Like no, the noodles touched everything else on my plate and that is basic food handling 101. First you can't just replace the molded item if it came into contact with something else and Second, you cannot serve me a new item on my plate because as a food handler you do not know what I did to my plate and you are risking cross contamination with my germs and bodily fluids coming into contact with your utensils.Long story short, when let her know I could've easily just taken a picture and send it to a health inspector or get her into possible trouble with the owner due to her obvious lack of food safety training and carelessness with the food itself, she groaned and demanded her other coworker to"just give her the food already" while rolling her eyes and waving me off in a disrespectful manner.I never had any negative things to say about this place seeing as it's honestly my favorite go to spot in the mall since I am there multiple times a week. After today however, I would not be comfortable eating the food they say is "cooked fresh daily". I wish I would've gotten a picture before she aggressively ripped it from my hands and angrily threw it into their trash can. This could've been a simple and fast exchange without any unpleasantries but she decided to pick a fight with me and it seemed almost a bit too personal for my liking. Maybe she had a bad day or something but that is not an excuse to behave in such manner with customers (regulars or not).I do not wish I'll on people but I honestly hope she gets let go because this is a serious risk of foodborne illnesses spreading around in an already high illness rate season. She is a danger and a HUGE liability to this restaurant and any food company.I also didn't end up eating the new plate of food since my stomach was upset about the molded food from earlier. I will update if I end up sick later today or tomorrow. I really hope I do not end up with food poisoning

230pm. Food court in Oakridge. Staff was friendly. Offered samples of meats. Tried spicy chicken with steamed vegetables and chow mien. It was eatable. Won't be back.

Spicy chicken doesn’t fail! Came here because Panda had NOTHING left an hour before closing and I was not disappointed. Started with a sample of bourbon chicken but was in the mood for something spicier so the kind lady let us try the two spicy chicken dishes and got us hooked! Delicious food and friendly service! Just wish I would have gone for the white rice because the spicy dishes are definitely SPICY! Will return again for this food!

The Cajun fish is delicious and the service is quick and friendly. The mall is usually crowded when I am able to go, but they rarely have a line at the Cajun grill.

YumWe were doing some quick shopping and we got hungry so why not try out "Kelly's" Cajun Grill as a Kelly, haha! The employee who was working, an older gentlemen gave us samples and that helped us decide what we wanted. He was super sweet and the portions were great! For $10 after tax, this is not bad! Definitely a place to go to. Try stuff before you get it!

I like the food and the order was fast

Big portions but mediocre in taste

I think water should be complimentary after the food.

Pepper and Mango Habañero Chicken both have excellent kick to them. Fried rice is fluffy, slightly buttery, and just a tinge sticky. Strawberry Lemonade is sugary sweet.Parking: Finding parking at this mall on a Sunday after church can be a chore.

Their Thai noodles were just spaghetti that was stir fried and undercooked. Their chicken has so much breading on it if you cut it in half it’s almost all fried breading with little chicken. Better to go to Thai kitchen next door

I was asked if I wanted a sample as I walked by and the orange chicken was so good, I was curious to try the rest. I enjoyed their noodles, rice, Cajun shrimp and ofc the orange chicken. I went back to buy more for later. Definitely a hidden gem!!! Customer service is very good, not too sure what's up with the other reviews! This place deserves a 5 star all day long! (Decided to leave a review mid-meal, so my food is half eaten in the pic, but y'all can tell it still looks bomb!)
