My online order is already waiting for me, it smelled great all the way home, it tasted great as I ate too much and an hour later I was holding my stomach in agony.. not because the food is necessarily bad but nobody should eat five pieces of fried chicken in one sitting.

It is just pathetic what they call a piece of chicken... paid for 8 pcs and 3 of them were the size of a nugget. Didn't even fill the small bucket halfway. The colonel is dead and so is KFC, thanks for the memories. Never going back to again in this lifetime.

I went to KFC to pick up some food for a bunch of people. You walk into the lobby and before you are 2 terminals for placing your order. I began to crawl through the system, picking out which items I have on my list. I had to ask for help to figure out how to add extra meat to a famous bowl, but the girl was very nice and got it worked out really quick. After putting together a rather large order, I submitted it. The order came together quickly and was accurate. My only complaint was to do with the soda station. I just wanted regular Pepsi. The label was off on the 1st position dispenser, but I deduced it to have to be for regular Pepsi. To my dismay, an employee had mistakenly crossed lines and so what I got was cherry Pepsi. It was already an option on a separate line, but I guess the employees felt it best just to continue sending cherry Pepsi instead of pulling it and replacing it with regular Pepsi. They could still use the cherry at a later date, Next time it goes out, just hook up that box of syrup. But instead they just left it as a surprise, a mislabeled surprise. I have worked fast food before and had experience with soda machines and the syrup distribution. I would have made a different call than the staff at KFC made, but ultimately my experience was good.

I placed an online order and went to drive through. The order was made for 4:45pm.
The service worker told me to come back at 4:45pm and to leave the drive thru.. please note it was 4:42pm as I texted this. So I had to drive out of drive through to come through the front. And the moment I parked the food came. What was the point of leaving the drive through to come back… that was nonsense.

Becareful of this location we ordered a 2 piece chicken meal with coleslaw and the biscuit had mold on it ! and the coleslaw taste like it was sitting out all day and the chicken was cold ! The fries were cold and dry And all they had to say is oh I'm sorry about that didn't offer to have a refund the manger I spoke with was very unprofessional

Have ordered this five dollar meal before two pieces of chicken. This time, The chicken was super fried where the meat could hardly come off bone. The leg was super tiny and meat missing from the leg. The thigh could hardly take any meat off and was very chewy. To tell you the truth, it didn’t even taste like chicken. So surprised. It’s my little grandsons favorite spot.
It's not my thing, expensive and the seasoning is not pleasant...

Ordered the chicken little combo, sandwich was cold and fries too. Ordered the 2 piece chicken crispy with the meat being thighs, they were both nice and hot. Hopefully this makes up for the 🐔 🐥 little being cold??
