I remember it being better.Their prepared roti were the best in the south bay and we would drive distances to get a few packets...Yesterday, after many years I did that. Brought them home and found them leathery.Not what I remember them to be. Days of driving distances to get Kokila's rotis are sadly over.
I have been eating at irregular times. No, I'm not trying to intermittent fast, but everything is dictated by work because my job is so unpredictable. I did not have breakfast, did not have lunch, had 1 burger patty at dinner so I was checking out Yelp as I was doing some volunteer work w/ the crisis hotline center. My shift was from 7PM-11PM.
