A classic ramen house in San José’s Japantown. The galley kitchen is open to the small dining room allowing everyone to experience the aromas of the cooking food. The duck ramen is excellent.
kumako ramen is the best ramen in san jose hands down. ramen is always fresh and tasty. they also have vegetarian options which is a plus for me. staff are super friendly and always very generous.
Literally my favorite restaurant and food in the entire world... my wife and I travel 2-3hrs from Merced,CA just to eat and leave. Thank you to the entire staff! We love your hospitality and enjoy every bite of your delicious cuisines! The charsu is and will always be my favorite!
