I spent over $70 at this location, and the experience was very disappointing. They had no napkins or spoons available, and when I asked to use the restroom, I was refused.

It’s unfortunate to see a business become popular and stop prioritizing basic customer service. Providing essential items and allowing paying customers access to a restroom shouldn’t be too much to ask. Shame on the owner for not making the minimum effort to ensure customers have a positive experience. I won’t be returning.

The products are very good, but a worker disappointed me when I told her NOT to put granola since they had almonds, I mentioned to her that I am allergic to dry foods and “she forgot”, when she handed me over I told her and she made faces at me… another day another worker got into the conversation I was having with my mother, just to be a gossip...
I think they have great products but the workers have to be kinder and pay attention to their work, blessings...

I didn't like knowing that the fresh waters are tap water ? with the price being so high that they charge for water they could use purified water, and yes I know that tap water can be drunk in some cities but it is this area I doubt it.

Bad experience, they took a long time to serve me and there were no customers even to say that they were busy!! I asked for snow and strawberries and they didn't even stir the strawberries with the cream, they just put them on top!! The place was dirty and smelled bad!! It had to be said and it was said!! I'm doing it so they can try to improve, I'm not doing it in a bad way, sorry.

My fist time coming here and the people who was working were rude and didn’t know how to make a raspado had syrup only a little bit. When we ask for them to put more they got mad and only added a little bit. There was more empty space in the cup only a bit of syrup. The employees were really rude eye balling us talking smack and more with I was able to get my money back for 3 raspado!

I would give a review about the ice cream itself if I would have been able to buy some. Online it says that they close until 10 PM, yet by 9:40 when I passed by the female workers were already outside of the place walking around and heading out. Why advertise that you are open until 10:00 PM if your workers are going to be too lazy to stay until closing ? My pregnant wife wanted a specific Mexican ice cream for heavens sake and they completely disappointed. This is also the second location that we went to, from the two that had the same name. First the white road disappointment then this story and king one was a huge let down. First time going there and can't even rate anything besides what I saw as horrible work ethics.
