I really love the baguettes here, but unfortunately I had a bad experience with the cashier. I asked for two baguettes and was asked if I wanted the small or the long ones. I thought this meant they now had different baguette sizes, so I said the small ones. After she charged me, she handed me small bread rolls instead.
I politely clarified before she put them in the bag and said, “I’m sorry, I meant the other ones.” She looked visibly upset and responded, “I asked you if small or long,” in a very rude tone. Because of her attitude, I chose not to argue and simply said, “That’s fine, thank you,” but she didn’t respond at all.
I enjoy the food here, but the customer service during this visit was disappointing.

Bánh mì made with Taco Bell quality ingredients. Literally the worst Bánh mì I have ever eaten. We even bought five to taste the variations. All awful. Don't waste your money

The lady who works there went outside with her gloves on, touching both palms on the dirty glass door. She then came right back in and immediately started touching meat, food, and food areas without changing her gloves. I'm disgusted and left. The glass is so dirty. She didn't even go outside to do anything, just spun around and came back in. Sucks this is the closest location to me. I'm immensely disappointed. If she'd do that in front of me there's no telling what she does when no one's looking.

I really like Lee’s Sandwiches :) that’s why I was excited when I saw there’s LS near me.
My go to food here are the shrimp spring rolls, bahn mi, & ice blended Vietnamese coffee. So that’s what I ordered.
I chose the assorted spring rolls to taste the other kinds, but they aren’t as tasty as the regular. I can’t seem to guess / know what those other two were.
As for the ice blended coffee, it came in a small cup. For the same price, I could get a much taller cup in other Lee’s branch. It was my fave drink so I was a bit sad 🥲
Bought roasted pork bahn mi and it was so good, as usual. 😋 Didn’t disappoint.

I asked for hot coffee "Large" I got a small cup with 3/4 of it filled. I asked the cashier is this a large cup?, she says it's the same amount they use for a large iced coffee. Well no wonder the iced coffee is watered down. Your not putting enough coffee, what the price is worth! This shop is a RiP OFF!! Do not recommend. Other than that Coffee is good.
I feel very bad for writing this but I hope the owner reads it because it is important for the people that we buy in this place. There are 5 times that I come on Saturday mornings and I have to wait for a sandwich for more than 30 minutes, it can't be that they cannot have more people to prepare a simple sandwich

Today I stopped by to buy 4 cups of Coffee from the Shop. Sorry, the Coffee is so bad that I can't drink it anymore because the regular Coffee is at Lee. I don't know what extra profit this store puts in to gain. I hope Lee's Corporation should re-engage without losing customers. Thank you
