I love Lees Sandwiches but my only real problem is the coffee drinks are never filled to the top. Im always missing sometimes it feels like 1/4 of the coffee, and because its so expensive I feel a little ripped off. Please fill it to the top! It already has cream and sugar no reason to leave so much room, also the iced coffees are so much worse, delicious but ALL ice.

Order was not correct. Received pork belly. I don’t eat pork belly. I was refunded for the food but it was a waste of my lunch break

I asked if they have coffee and They said yes , mixed some sweet stuff with hot water for $6 .....also I realized that, cashier even don't bother himself to wear plastic gloves after getting money working on your order with not cleaned hands even touching customer ordered breads.

I never liked Lee's sandwich but came here because I was so hungry. The guy at the register was rude. After I paid cash, he shook the tip jar in front of me. When I put my cash back in my purse, he emptied the tip jar and shook it again. So I ended up giving a tip. The veggies and the meat in the sandwich weren't fresh and tasted like it sat for a while. I will not be coming back here again.

today at 11:05AM I ordered to make two loaves of bread (Crispy Pork Belly) but the worker has no heart, the meat is very heavy, and I can't eat,

I got double charged bc their system was acting up. I showed them the receipt I paid with cash and my ApplePay transaction. They told me there’s nothing they can do and come back again to talk to another person who was next door. This place is a joke.Update: the owner called me and was VERY condescending. I will never return to this place. Who called a customer to say “I don’t understand why it’s so hard for you to give us your card number.”There’s better places out there folks. Don’t support businesses like this.

Watch out for over charge of any item bought here. A sandwich cost $7.50 even with added tax should not added up to $9.40 and a 20oz coke cost $3.25Rip off and dishonesty cashier

I went to this site today and I bought 1 combination sandwich, 1 spring roll and 2 sesame buns. When I got home and look at my account, they charged me twice for the same amount of $18.05 on my debit card. Don’t go to this place. They are scamming and ripping customers off. Do not trust this place.

I haven't gone to this place due to Covid for a long time. I just went there this morning and I ordered two combination sandwich and one hot coffee. I asked for one with extra Jalapeño and one without it on the sandwiches. It turns out both have NO Jalapeño. So disappointed. Then when i take a sip of the coffee. It turns out it was hot chocolate. Not sure the person take order understood English at all? I did explained to him, he gave me the wrong order. He just simile and didn't offer a replacement. I just left the hot chocolate at the counter and left. This really a very disappointment experience. I will not go back to this store any more.

I'm a big fan of Lee's Vietnamese Iced Coffee, I was in the San Jose area so I stopped in for a drink. It was a Friday of Lent so I wasn't allowed to eat meat, I saw some egg rolls in their display case so I asked the employee what was in it, and I was told it was shrimp and taro, I asked if there was any meat and they said there wasn't any. I bought it and when I took a bite, I tasted meat, I checked the menu and it says that the shrimp and taro egg rolls have pork in it. I wish the employee informed me correctly when I asked if it had meat. Other than the eggs rolls, I really like their iced coffee so I'll continue to support the company. I wish they had a location in the Walnut Creek/Concord area.

Sammy's had hair in them a few times - but it's Lee's ? I just don't learn. Iced Mint cafe is a must try at least once.
