Came here at 6:40, it is now 7:34 and no pizza. Barely anyone here. It looks like they got 3-4 staff working. Very Dissapointed in wait time. We asked for a eta and they said 15-20 minutes. It was has been more than that. I asked for a update and they said a few more minutes... that was 20 minutes ago.

Adding another 1 star. Last time I came, after they email my food was ready, it wasn't. I stood around for another 15 minutes for my wings and they still forgot the dessert. This time, again my wings were ready, but they gave it away before I got there!! Why would you give away my wings and then I am left to wait...again??? Of course no lead for me to tell my frustration. How can a business not have some pride in their reviews. This tells the management how their team is doing. Then again... i come back thinking things would be different, but just more disappointment.

I hate to add fuel to the fire but honestly the Yelp rating of 1 star is accurate. Let's be honest the area isn't the safest, the cleanest, nor the nicest. But from time to time my family will stop for two pizzas because it's a cheap, convenient, and fast meal. I learned a long time ago that you should never walk in and expect pizzas to be available. We tried walking in about 5 times and they were always sold out. A worker told us about the app to order ahead of time for guaranteed service. So we always order through the app now with lots of time ahead.Today I ordered the two pizzas 1 hour and a half ahead of time. Time passes and I get absolutely no alerts or updates which is odd. It was 10 minutes after my order time and I was on a time crunch to get the pizza for my family and get ready for work. I show up it's now 15 minutes after my pick up time. I show them my order and tell them I haven't received updates. They tell me it isn't ready and the lady didn't even know they had an order. Ummm what? She tells me 8 more minutes and I know she literally can't guarantee that and seeing as it was already 20+ after my pick up time I asked them to cancel my order and refund me instead. The Latina lady had an attitude and said I need to do it in the app, the app has NO place to cancel your order. I asked her to cancel it and apparently she didn't know how so she grabbed a tall guy to cancel it. They canceled it and I got my refund but even when I was in there they were telling people it's "one hour" for pizzas. I told them cancel my order and give the pizza to someone else to help. Anyway it would seem they don't have enough supply for the demand and the workers are very defensive as if they're expecting me to yell or be rude. I can see that they get rude customers all the time and it seems to be a truly thankless job. Anyway they clearly need more people and ovens that can accommodate the demand for pizzas. &Although this wasn't my favorite interaction with the staff I will say I feel sad that they clearly deal with rude and ungrateful people regularly. I get that it's the "east side" but can we collectively agree to treat service industry staff better? Anyway the parking lot is like the Wild West no drawn parking lines and people walking all over and drivers who are either rushing or don't care about the people around them. Sometimes there's sketchy people outside Little Caesar's asking for money or street venders selling stuff also. So once again not the best area and there's no guarantee there will be pizza even if you order ahead on the app apparently. Would not recommend. There are other locations that are more reliable and less frankly... gh***o. Dear owners you need to help + support your staff more and give them the tools they need to fill the demand for your customers.

The past 2 times I've gone here in the past 2 weeks the crazy bread has been stuck together and really really salty fuck wrong wit y'all T up and make my food correctly You people might say " oh well don't eat here then" I like me a good little ceasers but y'all don't know how to make food correctly

They gave me raw pizza yes, my pizza wasn’t fully cooked. Currently on hold for the longest waiting to talk to someone. 20 minutes to be exact and i don’t think they will answer. So gross ? be ware it’s not the first time something goes wrong with my order lastime I payed for a stuffed crust and revived a regular pizza I called the store the hung up on me pretending not to hear me. There are more pizza places around and are about the same price.

Avoid this location. I went to this location for the first time. I went after 10 minutes of my pizza being ready. None of my 3 pizzas were there. They said there was a problem with my Supreme pizza so supposedly none of the pizzas were there. What? So they offered to remake the pizza or give me a pepperoni in exchange, however they wouldnt give the $4.50 difference or my money back for the unmade pizza. There is something suspicious about that, like a bait-and-switch. What business doesnt have the ability to refund your money for a product that wasnt given to you. Try a different location. Anyone who goes to Little Caesars goes there for the low price, but should be cheated.

Probably the worst little Caesars ever. After waiting about 45 minute just to get crazy bread they give me this at which has me a little concern about eating it or giving to my kids, I ended up just throwing it away. Waste of money, waste of time, if I could rate negative I would.
