They have lost my order more times than I can count. The wait times are horrible and the portal barely works. Honestly only go here if you have no other option.
The food is alright. At least it's hot

Little Caesars Pizza has received mixed reviews. Some customers feel that the quality and value for money have decreased, comparing the wait time to that of Pizza Hut. There have been issues with overcooked food and long lines, as well as pizzas lacking enough cheese. One instance was reported where special order pizzas for a birthday party, "Among Us" and Spider-Man themed, were not made, causing disappointment. In some cases, customers have had to wait 45 minutes for their orders or return due to insufficient toppings.
