I’ve never gotten service like I’ve gotten from this Little Caesars. The gentleman named Wesley was so amazing and helpful. I normally don’t come back to places, but I will definitely come back because of him. He was so professional clean and I appreciate all the service and help he gave me. Thank you, Wesley.

My visit to this Little Caesars was frustrating due to the poor customer service. The young man working at the counter was visibly unhappy and rude, making the whole experience uncomfortable. It’s clear he has no interest in being there, and it showed in the way he treated customers. Unfortunately, the low prices don’t make up for the lack of respect and professionalism. I won’t be going back to this location. It’s dirty in the waiting area as well.

The food was cold and the server was showing attitude. It was not busy at the time and my food came cold and gave me food poisoning. Every time I went here my food was either cold or charred up to the point that my pizza is just pitch black. This is why I give this store a 1/5and i would not recommend going here. Food poisoning every time. There were also alot of spiders and cobwebs in the corner. Never would go here again.

Was in there tonight to get pizza for my family. The teenager they had running the front did an amazing job despite how packed it was. We waited a second for our pizza but it’s to be expected with how packed the place was. He even gave my son cookies when our pizza was done. This is our favorite little caesars.

Okay lets just get it out. Service and wait times are horrible, BUT the crust [pillowy soft every time and delicious] and quality of the pies [good sauce and cheese quality] at these stupid low prices cannot be ignored. It's amazing. I live one block away from the Tully store and yet I drive to this store for my pizza and return home to eat my pizza.Let's be honest folks, LC's is never going to pay their people enough to consistently show up for work, yet alone hire enough people to cover the demand. The Tully Store sucks, the Story Road Store is sketchy, yet the crust and toppings here are consistent for classic and std crusts.This store has low ratings but everyone that knows, comes here for their pizza fix. Hands down consistently best quality low budget pizza in town. Let's be patient and grateful for the kids that show up for work and make our pizza [I doubt they ever get a break yet alone over-time], otherwise prepare to pay gourmet prices somewhere at Domino's if LC's ever go out of business.
