Ordered 5 large cheese and 5 large pepperoni on the phone, meaning the hot and ready pizzas because the fast and cheap pizza is why most people use Little Caesar’s at all, and they billed me for the “Extra most bestest” pizzas, and wouldn’t give me a refund. I didn’t know this “extra” option was even a thing; they should’ve clarified. I had to press them until they offered an extra pizza for the trouble; I told them to make it two. Sounds like from other reviews that this is how it usually goes there. Avoid this location.

terrible service, man always has his airpods in, food is terrible aswell, the place is a mess.I'm a former employee of this location aswell and i can tell you1. we barely washed our hands (i washed)2. food was dropped and picked right back up3. dead rat that nobody wanted to pick up for weeks (maybe longer)4. no hairnets, hats, or any hair covers were worn5. the only reason we would throw away pizzas is if it dropped and it was OBVIOUSLY it fell, if it dropped and it looked fine, you know for a fact it was going back in a boxdishes rarely washed (maybe every 20-50 pizzas/cheese bread

I called and asked if there was any way to be refunded or have the missing pizza delivered due to the fact I have no car and could not pick it up. To which the very rude associates told me “well it’s not my problem, there’s no refunds and we will not be delivering ourselves” when asked for his name I was hung up on. My mother in-law came in to do a simple pick up a classic cheese pizza for my kids. Little Caesar is known for "Hot-N-Ready" pick up of the classics. They have an oven there, with those pizzas for people on the go. Quick and easy. Not yesterday evening at this location. For a classic cheese pizza, they said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. They pushed the "Extramostbestest" Cheese Pizza which was a dollar more, but unfortunately my kids are picky and only like a classic cheese pizza. They are not fans of extra cheese or extra sauce. Little kids can be picky. Since she already paid for the classic cheese pizza, she waited. When she got in the car, she checked the pizza and it was a Pepperoni Pizza????? She went back in and they quickly pulled a classic cheese pizza from the Hot-N-Ready oven. So they had the classic cheese there and ready the whole time, but they made my mother in-law wait to see if they could up sell her $1. Horrible customer service!

The pizza isn't thoroughly made with love at this location nowadays... gloves don't get swapped after handling cash and phones, along with a male and female flirtatiously touching each other with the same dirty gloves that went right back to the pizza.... The male and female workers seemed oblivious to anything else going on around them...yuck
