Terrible service, terrible food, not managing drinking water, I asked for water, the service person didn't care.

We ordered Shao Jigong烧鸡公， the taste is ok but it’s over priced. $49 for only very few chickens, much less than half of a chicken, which they claimed. Service also bad, There are very few customers, only see 4 tables for a Sunday lunch time, do not want to eat here again. Around $50 for each person.

This place is amazing! The food is absolutely great! The staff is friendly and attentive. We've tried other Hotpot places and nothing comes close to beating the taste of this place.

i came here for my graduation day, i was very excited because i love hotpot, the food was decent, but the workers were disrespectful and rude, they would slam the water jug on us and it splashed my grandpa’s face, the service was not it, the atmosphere was okay. tip was required, not okay.

I saw a COCKROACH under a table after we ate. The worst waiter ever. He stalled before giving us the menu and food which ate into our 90 minute time limit. They also have a mandatory tip which doesnt makes sense because the service there was terrible. Pls close

Terrible service, the only worker doesnt know english, will try to force u to get more even if u dont want more things. Usually an empty restaurant, seats are uncomfortable and theres no legroom. HOWEVER the food is very good and it almost makes up for all the cons of this place. Unless you have to eat halal, find a different hotpot place.

Dietary restrictions: if you can only eat halal food then this is probably the only option in the bay area

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.First review ever as I usually steer clear of these. But had to write one in this case.Went there last night and was met by an extremely impatient and rude waiter. I think he is also the owner of the place.The guy literally chose the menu for us as he had to punch in the order before the kitchen closed. He then snatched the menu away from us. The table and the utensils were super unclean. My arm was almost sticking to the table as it wasn’t cleaned properly.The food was extremely average when it arrived at 935pm. And we were literally rushed out by 950pm. Had to finish ordering, cooking and eating in 20 mins. Obviously couldn’t do that so had to pack the food.While we were trying to eat the below average food, the impatient owner/waiter bothered us one more time to pay the bill. He didn’t even let us read the bill properly and had self selected 18% tip. Totally okay with tipping but with such deplorable service, never.The total bill came out to be $120 for a horrible experience. Had to go to another restaurant after to actually eat something.Please avoid this place. Nothing here is worth the price.

Very little worth for the money, (my beef had a spongy rubber texture and had no taste), oily and somewhat dirty environment. This place was and always will empty for the reason of poor food quality.

It was our family's 1st time there. The food was good; however, it was not worth $155They bought us 2 beers which we did not orderNo glasses were provided so we could have some water to drinkBefore leaving, a $15 tip was left on the tableWhen my son went to pay the bill, the gentleman began punching up the order on their digital registerOnce we all got home, we started looking at the amount that was charged on the receiptThe gentleman without my son's permission, added an $18 tip, then turns around and double charged the orderSo now my son has to get off work early, go to the bank and file a fraud claimThe end result of going to this establishment will end up costing in the long run, a waste of time, money ?, gas ⛽, and at least an hour of lost wages in order to get to the bank ? before it closesWe will never, ever, ever, go to Little Lamb again!!!!!Make sure you check your receipt if you go to this place
