Authentic Salvadorian food. Delicious pupusas and the classic platanos con frijoles y crema. Sort of a hidden gem in downtown Willow Glen, right on the main strip but sitting back between two buildings.
The food was okay, not enough filling inside pupusas and they charged me a service fee even though I paid with cash. I ordered my food to go and picked it up.
Not a dine in service, but seating is available inside and outside.

No soap in the bathroom ?? Instead there was a soup dish filled with soap where you could dip your hand into?. Any other day I would have walked out but costumer service was exceptional.Had the pupusas de asada, chicharron and one with shrimp. They are served with pickled coleslaw. I dont eat meat but the person I was with had never tried them and liked them. I had the shrimp one wich only had two ? shrimps, Boo!We shared one plate of plantains that come with some slice of fresh cheese, thick cream and refried beans. We also shared the plate of sweet corn tamales which were surprisingly good. For our drink we had a pink concoction called Cevada which is made out of milk. Overall the food wasn't bad to taste but not my favorite and the bathroom soap issue left me wondering ?
Food is really authentic Salvadorean a must try are the rice flour pupusas combination really good .tamales are great too there wrapped in banana leaf .must try Lincoln location is hole in the wall not much seating but it's worth it take out or dine in.
Not fancy, just really good pupusas with good curtido. Other things on the menu may also be good, I doubt I'll ever find out. I'll always come back for the pupusas.
Atención inmediata amabilidad y precios justos
The best papusa and tamales one can ask for. Very friendly small family run authentic food. Must try
Good food. More expensive than expected, but tasty. Very slow service.

Excelente service,the pupusas are good
Everything we had here : the fruit salad drink, the pupusas, the dessert , and more (some names I don't remember) was delicious. Service was a bit slow but it was fine given they were preparing the pupusas fresh.
Enjoyed it. This was my first Salvadoran restaurant.
After we had the meal, we went to the desk for the bill. I was a little surprised that it was higher than expected, but they said I would see the bill details once I paid it(they had no service, didn’t provide the bill to our table). On the iPad screen, they ask for tips option, I chose one. Then the bill printed. They charged 10% service fee without mentioning it to us at all. I asked them why there’s a 10% service fee, they said it’s because I used credit card. 10% for credit card usage?! I’m perfectly fine if they told us beforehand or they increase the food price, but I don’t like to be extorted
Very tasty foods from El Salvador. Can't wait to go back.
