Stopping by as a tourist. Their drink selection is awesome. I’ve never tried Vietnamese style boba/drinks before and it’s such fresh take. I got the special cocoa without boba. It’s not too sweet. Not too bitter. Just right and I love it. My boyfriend got the green rice jasmine and he almost licked the cup clean. He loved it. I wish I could take the drinks back home to my state!

I came cause of the high reviews, but turns out they've bought the previous business and took over their previous google account (look at the inconsistency of the branding in the photos). So just a warning that the high reviews are actually for the PREVIOUS business not current. There are SO SO SO many more better options in the area. The teas are diluted, toppings all taste like sugar bombs and service was so unfriendly... It looks like from the menu they're trying to extract the most attractive items from nearby boba/dessert stores, but their execution is SO disappointing. It feels like a temu version of all the stores in the area. Save yourselves and visit any other store and you'll feel much more satisfied and welcomed.

First time at Milk Tea Way, and I love it! I didn’t go for the regular sweetness. I asked for 75%, and it turned out just right. The presentation looks great, and the taste is perfect for me. Definitely coming back!

This is one of the best Boba places in this whole part of San Jose. The customer service is outstanding. The ingredients is completely fresh all the time they are so confident in their product but they even give you samples of the Boba to try to make sure that it’s perfectly cooked! This place never disappoints I’m so happy that I stopped by and met LAC (my barista) !
Lac is so patient understanding, kind, friendly helpful I can go on and on. The price is very good for the size of Boba. Also, I was gonna drive a long distance and he even sealed my Boba for me and gave me a very nice carrier. Couldn’t be more happy.
When I first walked in, he had no idea who I was or how much reviews I leave . He was just being himself and it made my day.
This place is amazing. Gotta give it a try.

10/10 on everything. The matcha is so yummy! It's smooth, not grassy or grainy yet still earthy & flavorful. Nicely balanced with the not too sweet, tart strawberry & the thickness from the cloud foam makes the texture similar to a milkshake but not too thick that you can't easily drink it. The service was outstanding! Everyone greeted me warmly with kind smiles which is rare these days. It's tough times, I get it. I hope they get very busy at night time because I work late & I need my matcha at 10pm at night 🥹

This was my first time trying Vietnamese bubble tea, and I was pleasantly surprised! They offer unique Vietnamese-style toppings that I haven’t seen elsewhere. I especially recommend the Cheese Ball — it was my first time having cheese as a topping in boba tea, and it turned out to be delicious.
The shop itself is bright, clean, and welcoming. The staff were very helpful in explaining the options, which made the experience even better. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking to try something new and tasty.
