I made the mistake of ordering during boarding thinking I had time to snag it before jumping on the plane. My mistake ☠️ I had to cancel and run to board. However, they were nice enough to finish the order and give it to my flight attendant to deliver onboard. That was awesome!! The Mac tastes pretty good. I would say it could use way more bread crumbs and less cook time for the noodles but that's maybe just personal flavor. All in all, great experience and I'm happy...
Got this on a whim. Ordered the bacon mac. Short line, short wait, and it was probably the best Mac and cheese I've had in my life. Good enough that I felt like giving a five star review for an airport restaurant for the first time in my life. I do feel that Mac and cheese is a weird dish to experiment too much with, but you can't go wrong with just bacon.
I don't exactly regret eating here as it is the airport after all and portions are generous. Bacon Mac was edible but needed salt (ironic?) because there is basically no cheese flavor. Not a good trait of Mac and cheese. Tasted like bacon and cream. Texture is good.
