“I've been wanting to try Fancy Flavors for sooo long, l'm so glad I finally did! I went on a Saturday morning around 8:15. There was no line and service was fast and friendly. Some inside seating but mostly just a grab and go place I feel like.

Everything I got was sooo incredible. You need to try the pumpkin basque cheesecake before it goes away!!! I would repeat all these choices again!!!!“

“VANS BAKERY is my overall favorite bakery for authentic Vietnamese desserts like mung cakes,matcha sweetened wafers,and especially we buy our family's cakes her every time. They bake delicious duruancajes, gree cakes,and mocha cakes too. I prefer Vans Bakery because they are very clean,neat, and bright and cheerful feeling there!“

“Good spot. I come here because the Sharetea in the area always had homeless people loitering around and this was a great spot during the Covid-19 pandemic that took care of business and customer and employee. I just stopped going after the business partnership with Bobatalks since the Bobatalks community was not really nice, friendly, or real. The Bobatalks leader was too ingenuine and it gave me slight trauma thinking about it when drinking from Teaspoon. I think that was a bad business deal partnership but otherwise the generous employees and drinks are all very good.“

Hanh is extremely friendly and helpful. I've seen her a few times when I stop by.

I've ordered:
-japanese matcha soy tea $5.75, similar to starbucks matcha latte
-thai tea with boba $6.15
-pistachio macaraon $2.25

I personally drink the matcha one...definitely on the sweeter side. Also the boba can definitely be a bit hit or miss...so buyer beware!

Usually easy parking in the plaza...could be busy during peak hours.

“Overall I think that this is a pretty good spot to chill and get work done. There is plenty of table space and outlets to plug into to keep your devices charged. I also liked the interior design with all of the furniture being relatively new and comfortable and everything felt pretty clean. Overall the atmosphere was nice to work it, but it was a little nosy. As for drinks, I thought that their milk tea and boba did not stand out. The texture of the boba felt a little flat, like it wasn't very qq. The taste of the milk tea also tasted a little off, I don't know quite how to put it but it seemed a little off. I liked the house coffe though.“
