They do not have the reusable cup they list on their menu. We drove all the way there only to be told they haven't had it for a while. Please don't advertise things on your menu that you do not have!

IMO Macu Tea is so underrated! I love the avocado smoothie they have here and that additional touch of tea jelly and mango chunks in the drink makes it so unique and tasty!
Another drink that’s good is the king mango, fresh mangos blended with nicely cut up fruits in it.

So bad experience here today. We visited here lots of times but today they really show me they don’t have any customer server and no respect to customer. We ordered from kiosk in the shop but they said they could find out order. Even we showed them the credit card bill they still refused to do anything. Just standing there and looked at you. This is definitely their system problem but they don’t want to do anything. Do you expecting me to order again and pay again?? Such a scam. I will revoke the payment and we are not recommend anyone this store.
