This is the best place in town and they still manage to make a great and consistent bowl of pho during holiday rush. Everyone looked so exhausted! The service has always been a coinflip though ?
Walked in here on a Sunday with a group of 4. We signed in and waited maybe about 5 minutes before we got seated.We've had this as take out before actually coming in person to eat here. The flavor of the pho and meat portions is good. They have this spicy paste that you can ask for, and it is SPICY, like habanero spice. Nice amount of meat and onions in the pho. Broth is just right. Tendons were tasty too. It wasn’t that busy, we were taking our time, I liked how they didn’t harass us to leave by bringing the check like other places.
