They don’t skimp on the proteins and veggies, offering large chunks of tendon and flank. The fatty brisket pho has a good fat to meat ratio. The Pho San Jose and Braised Pork Ribs Rice are flavorful and satisfying. The pho broth is not overly salty or heavy with MSG. The restaurant is spacious with quick service and plenty of parking. The lumpia and chicken wings tasted pretty good, likely made fresh. The pho is really delicious and comes close to authentic homemade pho. The noodle portion is a tad light for the price point, and there is no visible difference between the Large and Regular sizes. Spring rolls could be fresher. Overall, it is a decent pho restaurant with no frills, and it is one of the better phos tasted so far.
