Nice amount of meat and onions in the pho. Broth is just right. Tendons were tasty too. It wasn’t that busy, we were taking our time, I liked how they didn’t harass us to leave by bringing the check like other places.

Walked in here on a Sunday with a group of 4. We signed in and waited maybe about 5 minutes before we got seated.We've had this as take out before actually coming in person to eat here. The flavor of the pho and meat portions is good. They have this spicy paste that you can ask for, and it is SPICY, like habanero spice. This is the reason why I would go back because it's so spicy yet adds amazing flavor to your pho. I opted for fresh noodles for the extra $1, which I think is worth it, although other pho spots let you choose without any additional charge.Service was good, and we had our cups refilled with water frequently, which I needed from my mouth being on fire. If you want to save money, bring cash, since they charge more if you use your credit card.Overall, this place is solid, and I would come back again to try other food.

This is now my go to pho spot in the San Jose bay area. Their boneless riblet adds a delicious addition to their pho and no one has it this good. You can order it as a side dish or in the "Pho San Jose" bowl. I will make the drive there just to have the best pho and it's well worth the extra miles. You can also add your top 3 meats by ordering their "Variety bowl" and I usually get their fresh noodles (banh tuoi). Their shrimp donut (photo attached) is also very tasty.
I had the pho and my cousin had the pork chop... Don't get me wrong... The pho was good, but that pork chop looked TOO good. I couldn't help myself. I ate off her plate.
Need more manpower to support during peak time.Also need more meat for the price.
