Not a huge order Grinch Meal, Chicken Sandwich, Nuggets and Fries. Watch probably 50 customers get served, drive thru, pickup, in store orders all get placed and served before hand.
Never again will I order for pickup in store. Just pick drive thru so they are forced to get you out of there.

Clean! I stayed here for a few hours to study and while I was here, I saw the tables being wiped down frequently and the floors were kept clean. I opted for mobile ordering with table service. No issues with this and very polite workers. This restaurant has a modern look, is spacious, and feels safe.

The MEAN staff who didn’t give me my free filet-O-fish and put it aside without saying anything because she thought I claimed my free food continuously in a row. In fact I claimed one on my own app and the other one on my husband’s app. Until the other staff asked for my order number, that MEAN staff kept saying that I claimed more than one. Then I showed my two receipts with different names, the MEAN staff put my filet-o-fish into the bag and passed it to the other staff and then passed to me without any apologies. I wanna say that my family purchase McDonald’s food quite often so we accumulate point for free food very fast. The machine accepted my point redemption, why she has right to decline my redemption?!

Pretty typical mcdonalds service now a days. Very poor counter service they are more focus on the drive thru. Only came in to claim some points but the fudge that up too, made me lose double of my points, didn't notice till I got home :(
This is my go to McDonald’s The food always taste freshly made, which is hard to say a fast food place . And their fries with no salt are amazing I have been to other locations, but this one is the one.

I’m so used to go to this location not just because of the nice interior, mainly the kind, lovely Latino workers at the front. I went in there after work today and noticed it’s not the same crew anymore. Today, a 20 pieces chicken nugget was part of my order. A blue shirt lady without a smile packed and handed over my order (She didn’t answer nicely when I asked if I can have a 4th sauce.) Luckily, I learn to check my items before l drive off. There were only 2 sweet sour sauces included. So I went back in immediately and spoke to another lady in glasses that a third sauce was missing. She did get it to me right away. The to go bag even got broke when I walked back to the store. At that point, I was already kind of mad. If I would’ve been helped by the same lady earlier, I’ll explode on the scene for sure. I don’t wanna ruin the rest of my night because of her. Please bring back the hard working Latinos, they work efficiently as a team and they know how to treat customers right. I even enjoy listening them chit-chat during wait time. I never complain cause they know what they are doing.

MMost McDonald's will give you two sauces for every 10 nuggets. They explained we can only get three sauces for our 20 piece nuggets and would need to pay extra for more sauce.
