I wish I could give ZERO stars. I placed an order to pick up at counter but the restaurant was closed before 7pm. There was so much drama just to get my food. Awful service. Managers do not care about their customers they're just there for their paychecks. Corporate needs to send some mystery shoppers and fix these issues. Please spare us the pain to deal with these them. I do not recommend this place.

I come here all the time because they are usually more friendly than McKee location, but was treated very rudely by the lady at the 2nd window around 9:30pm on 11/17/23, she got really flustered that I had asked for a ranch with my mcchicken and tried to make me feel bad for it when I always get that with my order telling me it's only for nuggets. McDonald's get more expensive and the employees get more unprofessional... definitely need to do better on training people who are having bad days

I got my mom and I ice cream cones. The ice cream was very gritty and not creamy at all like the McDonald's by my house in Pleasant Hill.
