I had a very disappointing experience today at drive-thru.
After placing a mobile order, I went through the drive-thru and told the staff I had a mobile order. She clearly told me to come inside to pick it up. I parked my car, and went inside. After waiting inside for around 10 minutes, I asked about my order — only to be told again by the same staff that mobile orders through the drive-thru should be picked up at the drive-thru window. No apology. No explanation. Just an attitude like it was my fault for following what she told me in the first place.
I ended up wasting over 20 minutes because of her misleading instructions and rude behavior. This is unacceptable. If your staff can’t give clear directions or show basic courtesy when they make a mistake, why should customers keep coming back?

I dont like the automated cashier. It can get confusing, what ever happend to walking in, choosing a number, size , what drink, what dipping sause for your nuggets, and actually talking to someone, I feel like they should be paying me to do there job. I just go drive threw.
