I have emotional attachment with this place. They have small clean patio, fast speed wifi, and the service is quick. This view is perfect for morning coffee chat. I study here before the library next door opens.

This McDonald’s was super clean and the staff was very friendly, food was super fresh. The store manager Manuela is great! She made sure everything was done exactly how I asked! She has everything under control! I prefer to come to this McDonald’s rather than any other

Although I’ve read a lot of negative reviews about this McDonald’s, my personal experience has been completely different. Every time I visit, the customer service is outstanding—the staff is friendly, fast, and always gets my order right. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and prepared cleanly, which honestly makes it stand out from other locations.
It’s clear that this team takes pride in what they do, and it shows. I’ve never had a bad experience here, and I really appreciate the effort they put into making each visit a good one. Don’t always believe the bad reviews—this location has definitely earned my trust, but I can agree that the place could definitely use a touch up lol.
Not sure if the same franchisee owns the San Felipe location as well, but the same criticisms (mostly) apply. The prices are massively inflated and I guarantee that you're being price gouged. Double cheeseburgers/McChickens are nearly a dollar more than the Capitol Expressway location. Fries are 50 cents more for a medium. You even pay 35 cents for extra sauce, whereas it would be 25 on Capitol. It may not seem like much, but it just proves to me that you're being ripped off at this location. It wasn't that long ago that you could get a regular sandwich at McDonald's for sub-2 dollars, and inflation has NOT risen by 100 percent. Why are we being charged 4.19 for a McChicken? There isn't even a drive-thru here, so I see no reason to give this place my money. I will gladly drive further out to a McDonald's that isn't so greedy.

This McDonald's is in dire need of an update. They don't have new kiosks, too, place an order. The building is old. The dining room is outdated. The only thing they have is great customer service with a good staff.

Went there at night and the girl started taking my order and just stopped talking mid order. I waited for like 10mins in the drive thru at the speaker and drove up to the window for them to tell me they were closed.🤦♂️ u couldn’t have told me that on the speaker? One of the worst McDonald’s locations
