They serve food with very consistent and good quality! Truya has been me and my fiancé’s go to dinner on a busy work day. I LOVE their grilled squid…… it’s lightly seasoned and grilled to perfect with amazing char aroma. My fiancé always gets their sushi rolls. My entree is normally the bento box combo. Truya Sushi has an excellent bento lunch special … soup, salad, rice and 2 protein options. I chose teriyaki salmon and chicken. Very tasty.
