As a frequent customer at this MCDO location, I can 100% confirm that the service they provide is beyond my expectations.

When I do get a bit busy, I usually order online so I can pick up my order. The speed that they make my order is so fast.

By the time I reach the counter, it's hot and ready for my eager consumption.

The Staff is Friendly and Helpful that I'm happy to order from here anytime.

TLDR: You need Top Service on a Silver Plate? Come to this MCDO.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S. I know McDonald's over the years has really dropped its standards low but this is by far the worst McDonald's I have been to. It's a conveniently located one for me but every time I go here. The food is cold, the drinks have no ice, you wait 15 minutes for your order and when you look for it out turns out they forgot about it or have your order to someone else. If you try to complain to them they either hang up the phone or make false promises. I would give 0 stars if I could.

It was a drive-through order, six sandwiches a drink, and some french fries...

Total time was 22 minutes, the guy who took the order was great. The guy who was supposed to hand it over was horrible, distracted, non-communicative, good at waving hands and hollering and screaming but not good at talking..... and the mobile app sucks

The wait is pretty long regardless if you’re doing drive thru or going inside, although it seems that they prioritize the drive thru. The workers are friendly though. I think this location just gets super busy.

I placed my order ahead of time so I could just pick it up. When I got there, the app didn't give me a choice to pick the number where I was parked. I walk inside. I let the lady . In addition to his I showe her my order recip. She just nodded her head and said ok. They keep working on the other orders. Until I asked one of the guys if the order was going to take any longer since I placed the order ALMOST AND HOUR AGO. Just to find out, the order was just sitting there for the longest. Fries and burgers were really cold. I asked if I could get my fries warm just. They did give me new fries along with attitude and anger from them. Since I stepped inside the restaurant, no one acknowledged me nor the other customer walking inside after me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE . Never coming back .
