I like McDonald's for its fast and efficient service. But what they did to the breakfast beef sausage recipe is awful. Now it tastes bad and has an unpleasant texture. Also lock on the restroom loses them 2 stars for the atmosphere :(

Food quality is not good at this particular McDonalds, cheese most of the time is not melted, packaging is not good. Also they will serve you burnt food. Customer service,several times they have not been polite. I don’t know if they have hearing microphone issues, a few times order wasn’t get right.

...when you ask for BBQ and get Sweet N Sour.... you failed McDs. Your jobs not that hard people
They charge me for bbq and ranch when they are free because in that recip they charge as a drink that I did not ask for and when I confronted them they said it was because of that dressing, IF IN YOUR SISTEM YOU DONT HAVE A CHARCH FOR DRESSING THAT MEANS THAT IS FREE. I know this because I just to work in McDonalds before and I know that dressing is free

All I wanted was a Big Breakfast w/egg, sausage and hash brown only. No, muffin, no pancake. This simple request took 25 minutes to fulfill. First, communication was an issue. The order taker got the order wrong, after 10 minutes going back and forth, I gave up and drove to the payment window, where I reordered with someone who spoke clear English. Next, they had me pull into a waiting area, where after another 10 min, a person brought my order, but missed out on the coffee. After disappearing for another 5 min, a guy brought the coffee, but wanted to see the receipt as they claimed I didn't pay for a coffee. For now on, I guess I'll use the online system as the workforce nowadays just can't cut it. McDonalds has moved to the bottom of my fast food choices. It's way too expensive anymore, plus it's a major hassle to get the correct order...
