We are outside and waited for about 25 minutes to be waited on. The assistant general manager greeted us and was shocked to hear that no one had been to our table so he sent a server right over. Throughout the meal we had to remind the server that we had ordered drinks, drink, refills, etc. My dinner companion had to get up twice to go find her. The service wasn't good. We had a cauliflower appetizer which was fantastic, and the kale salad was lovely as well. We ordered fish...
We've been dining at Meso since it first opened. Our meal was excellent as usual and our server was great. An unfortunate interaction with other staff however is the reason for the low overall rating. Updated: After reaching out to the restaurant, the GM contacted us. He was genuinely apologetic about what transpired. As such, I've updated my overall rating.
Had a delicious meal with my husband and our friends. We shared the Brussel sprouts, which were really well roasted. Two of us had the Lamb Shank tagine. The meat was so tender it literally fell off the bone. My husband had the halibut and enjoyed it. The fatoush salad was also ordered. Everyone enjoyed the food. The restaurant was packed so having a reservation is a must.
