Starving for some Mi Quang, got a chance to try Chicken Mi Quang here with my friends after work. It tastes good but could be saltier as I love the saltiness when I was in Vietnam, portion is a bit small, service is alright. Would come again. Overall 8.5/10.

Friendly place. Food is decent. Easy parking. Fast service. The only problem is its location which is away from popular Vietnamese centers.

We were craving central Vietnamese food after visiting Hoi An and we are so glad to see Cao Lau on the menu. The restaurant is very clean and have nice decor. We ordered the Banh Beo (water fern cake), Mi Cao Lau, and Mi Quang Ca. Everything was very delicious and came out quickly. The Mi Cao Lau was very flavorful but a bit salty for our preference.Service was also very friendly and good on a slow Saturday night. They have a parking lot. They also have a karaoke stage that it looks like Friday is the fun night.

Amazing Central Vietnamese place near SJC. Lovely family-run, excellent and interesting dishes. Stay with the front of the menu (from the region) rather than the end of the menu (that includes pho for the non-Vietnamese lunch crowd). Bánh bèo was great. Mì Quảng, different kinds, too. Lots of great dishes from Hue and environs. Modern decor, easy parking, even on a Friday night. We'll go back again and again.

I'm sure I've had Mi Quang before, but since I don't remember, I guess it really didn't rock my world. I'll remember this Mi Quang, both the dish and the restaurant. The visual presentation caught my eye, and the taste caught my taste buds. I didn't know there were so many types of the dish so next time I'll have to try the M1. Oh yeah I'll be back.

This spot is known for their mi quang. My dad took me here as he was raving about it but I thought it was just ok. Had the pork and shrimp mi quang but heard the chicken one is better. The banh beos are pretty big as the small dish is a little deep, these were good but nothing special. Restaurant wasn't busy when we were there but it took a bit for the food to come out. Clean Vietnamese restaurant and have their own private parking lot here.

My wife and I, we try this restaurant the first time. Mỳ Quảng is the best in San Jose.

A Delicious Revisit After 6 YearsAfter a long gap of 6 years, I found myself returning to this restaurant and ordering Mi Quang. The food remains as delicious as I remembered it to be.Not every dish on the menu hits the mark — there were a few that did not meet my expectations. However, the dishes I ordered today were excellent; the Mi Quang was flavorful and satisfying, a true delight for my palate. In addition to the Mi Quang, I also tried their Pho Ga. This dish was equally commendable and added positively to my dining experience here.Overall, despite some dishes falling short, others like Mi Quang and Pho Ga reaffirmed why I fell in love with this place six years ago. It’s always nice when some things don't change!Parking: YeaWheelchair accessibility: Yes

I'm a Vietnamese food blogger, and Mi Quang Co Thao is a hidden gem in north San Jose you should know about.? Mi quang is a central Vietnamese dish from Quang Nam region consisting of flat rice noodle, turmeric, pork, shrimp, toasted peanuts, sesame rice crackers, and hard-boiled quail eggs. The mi quang here is solid. ? I also have to mention their bánh bèo; most people go to Hue Restaurant for bánh bèo, but you need to go here for them. Sooo much bigger, more intricate, and flavorful than Hue Restaurant. One thing I don't recommend here is the bun bo hue. It's mediocre; go to BBH An Nam for that. But the mi quang, hell yeah. You have to try it. Show the Bay Area food scene that you're not a normie.
