Must go! If you’re nostalgic for a Japanese egg sando, you must stop by here. The fluffy egg salad along with the cloud-like milk bread, brings you straight back to Japan! Not only that, everything else here is so good. This spot is more than just bread, they have awesome sandwiches, pastries, and range of drinks. We also tried the Lox No Bagel with the Sesame bread. I went to Milk Belly Bakery on a whim, and it sorta felt like a little morning dream. Their Japanese milk bread (shokupan) is so cloud-soft, I mean, the kind of bread that begs for a little butter, and doesn’t taste the same afterward. The Green Machine Sandwich with chili crisp had just the right amount of bite to make me smile and the potato tostones, stupid good, with crispy edges and a little cheeky kick.
