This place is damn good, I don't know why it's not more popular than it is. Yes it's hard to tell that they're open when you drive by but it's well worth stopping in. They went to to-go only during the pandemic and never restarted indoor seating, which is fine by me. Would be nice if they turned the patio into outdoor seating!

The restaurant is ran by a really lovely and kind elderly couple. Genuinely love their tsukemen so much. I always come back to get it. The Spicy garlic karaage is also really tasty!

Good broth flavor and large enough portions for Ramen. Restaurant looks closed, however it is open for takeout only.

First off...I want to say that my wife, daughter, and I have been coming to Mori Kitchen for at least 7 years... even before it was called Mori Kitchen. On our first visit we discovered their Maje Ramen and have been hooked ever since. It's a dry (no broth) ramen with terrific flavor. We moved from Cupertino up north to a small town over 3 hours away but when we come back that's the first place we hit. It's such a shame and I feel very sad for the owners because the pandemic effectively killed their business. When we lived here we would come once or twice a week and the servers were very friendly, along with the fantastic food. Once they were able to reopen it became to-go only. I was in there tonight and the owner was by himself and seemed very sad. I told him that I missed the crowds of people and he said, "me too...almost bankrupt."That would be a damned shame. If you want great food at a reasonable price go there.

I don't want to submit my review, but I should for those who have never been here. I ordered my son a simple bowl of ramen. He ate about half of it, and didn't want to save it. He didn't remark on how it tasted, which was uncommon for him. But a few hours later he vomited it all up. Was it all bad? Can't say for sure, however he said it wasn't good ramen, and would never eat from that restaurant again. I feel bad, because this restaurant has so much potential. The day I ordered the ramen I walked in and ordered the soup to go. Inside, the whole restaurant was closed off, only accepting to go order and no indoor dining was available. Ramen BowlIt was only an elderly couple who seemed to be working there. They were sweet, but looked sad or just tired, as if there was a heavy weight of something on their shoulders. This may have been a retirement investment, that's just not panning out, who knows. Maybe it's stated in another review -I didn't read any, just went in there blindly. I wish the best for that couple and hope that the restaurant improves to its full potential.

I used to go here alot but now it's take out only and you can't even use the restroom they should post it on there page. Drive 2 hours for nothing.

Great place for ramen! My family and I love this place!Very tasty ramen and other dishes! We usually get the tonkatsu broth spicy ramen and the extra noodles. That way we can take the leftovers home and have a second meal if this delicious ramen!Every time we have come here we have had excellent ramen! We will be back!!

This place looks kind of dead from the outside but they are open if the open sign is on (as far as I can tell). There is plenty of parking. They only do takeout as of this writing so that's probably why the inside looks so dead and gloomy.I think the staff are Korean because they had a Korean karaage on the menu, which is unusual for a Japanese restaurant. We did try the spicy Korean karaage and thought it was good. It's basically gochujiang and very saucy but we liked the flavor.I got the Gyu curry and I thought it was decent. The curry sauce is a bit chunky and a bit on the saltier side but I liked it and would eat it again. They separate the curry sauce from the meat when you do takeout. I liked the Gyu beef and thought it was well flavored. The rice tasted good. I wish they added a bit more veggies on the side though since they only give you some corn and a slice of tomato.

We had great spicy tsukemen, the noodles were generous portions and excellent. I saw other reviews that they couldn’t tell if it’s open… it is definitely open but very empty probably because it was take out only. I’d definitely come back again.

This place is not closed at all!Wonderful ramen broth with great cuts of meat. I wandered here during a lunch break since I was craving some ramen, and it did not disappoint. They’re currently doing takeout only, but the lovely couple took pity on me for needing to bike back to my office with a bag of ramen so they let me eat inside. This place seems to be missing the office lunch crowd, and is surprisingly quiet for the quality of food. Would recommend anyone check this out since it’s pretty good ramen for the price. Will definitely be coming again!

Nice lady and all, but I got to rate based on the food and the curry with tonkatsu was not the best I am afraid.. curry was super salty, the tonkatsu was thin and dry, and the three tiny slices of takuan tasted unedible.... Not going back any time soon..

Yummy and very fresh! The staff was nice too :) The outside looks like it's under construction but they're still open!Their takoyaki tasted very fresh and was the best I've ever had from a restaurant. Close to what I can make at home. Their broth for the spicy tsukumen was outstanding! And their ramen was great as well.

Not sure if this place is closed? The reason for 1 star, I have tried calling the establishment several times to see if they are open, never reached anyone. My friend have drove by several times to see if it is open, and although the “open” sign/light is on, it’s still dead inside with few cars parked jn the back.
