The restaurant is ran by a really lovely and kind elderly couple. Genuinely love their tsukemen so much. I always come back to get it. The Spicy garlic karaage is also really tasty!
First off...I want to say that my wife, daughter, and I have been coming to Mori Kitchen for at least 7 years... even before it was called Mori Kitchen. On our first visit we discovered their Maje Ramen and have been hooked ever since. It's a dry (no broth) ramen with terrific flavor. We moved from Cupertino up north to a small town over 3 hours away but when we come back that's the first place we hit. This place is damn good, I don't know why it's not more popular than it is. Yes it's hard to tell that they're open when you drive by but it's well worth stopping in. They went to to-go only during the pandemic and never restarted indoor seating, which is fine by me. Would be nice if they turned the patio into outdoor seating!
