The Service Was Great But The Hot Chocolate Was Too Watery She Microwave It !!!! And The Pretzel Was Too Hard...That's Why The Rating Is Low...

I had an intense craving for a warm chocolate chip cookie and happened to be seeing Star Wars at the mall, so Mrs Fields seemed like a good choice, it wasn't. It was evening so choices were limited but I selected a chocolate chip cookie and was told to go to the other side to pay. I guess I shouldn't have because i did not get a chocolate chip cookie but a toffee chip, and it just wasn't the same. There were clearly chocolate chip cookies in the case, not just toffee. Also, it was old, not warm and really not impressive. The lay out is a little weird too, people getting ice cream were being helped at same register but different people, they took my credit card and then disappeared for a bit, not sure what happened and why she was gone for 5 minutes with it. Craving gone but not satisfied. 'Maybe try a different location

We purchased some chocolate chip minis at Mrs. Fields. They have a very good assortment of cookies. It is located at the Eastridge Shopping Center.

If I could have given them 0 star I would have. Corporate should shut down the location. The cookies cups are filled with frosting and she tried to microwave them. So I stopped her and told her heating would not be necessary. Now I know why she was trying to heat them, the cookie cups were hard and stale. $8 for garbage. Now wonder they have signs everywhere saying all sales are final. Very disappointed. I've never had a bad experience at Mrs. Fields until today. Very sad because cookie cup are one of my favorite mall treats. Never coming to the location again.
Come here pretty often and i love the cookies. Service is a hit or miss depending on whose helping you. Also theres an extra charge if you pay with card.

Probably the worst food place ever. My friend got a chili dog and it was expired and the crustiest thing ever. Like the chili wasnt even on the dog they just handed him a separate container witu barely any chili. A few years later, my other friend gets lemonade bc lemonade is lemonade rightt how can you f*** that up. Well they f***** that up alright. S*** tastes like SOAP and ON TOP OF THAT theres a credit card charge for 50 cents

THIS DESERVES NO STARS!!!! I normally do not post reviews but man is this place HORRIBLE! If you want stale cold cookies then this is the place to be! I had gotten cookies and spent 20 dollars here and came home to find out the cookies were stale and tasted like they had been sitting out for a week. Their "manager" Kate explained to me that they do not serve hot cookies nor do they bake the cookies. I then got in touch with their corporate and they said there is physically nothing they can do and their general manager David Nguyen only offered a 30% discount after not replying back for over a week!!!! I spoke with other mrs fields around the area and they said the Eastridge one is the worst one and to never go there... the workers even said how terrible this one is... I have been a loyal costumer for YEARS and just seeing how disgusting they treat costumers and how bad their product was I would please advise anyone to NEVER COME HERE EVER!!!! Please save your money otherwise you will have a stale cookie and out 20 dollars and dealing with the worst costumer service on this planet! So please DO NOT COME HERE!!!
