This was my second round I have played at SJ Municipal Golf course and I will return to play again. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. Karen that day's starter gave some great insights to the course to help me on my round. The course was in better than expected conditions given al the recent rain. Thank you Karen, I had a great day of golf on the course.
San Jose Muni is a treasure! It is a great track and the ground crew takes great care of the course. We always play on Tuesday and the round is always quite fast - about four hours and fifteen minutes. The course is challenging but at the same time quite forgiving - a difficult balance to sustain. I love this golf course. For anyone getting into golf it's a great start! Very flat and easy to walk as well. The driving range is two stories which makes it awesome for someone that wants that personal space, there's plenty room. The only reason I gave this course a 4 star is due to the price.
