Great prices ($5 for large sizes before toppings) with lots of flavors. The interior has lots of comfy couches, chairs, and stools. And the warm lamps and wood tables add style.
The first time I walked in, absolutely stunning. The decor, the food, all amazing. Their pandan waffles were thick and delicious (thank goodness for the buy three get one free deal), the boba was absolutely delicious, and the place gave a homey and calm atmosphere with wooden accents. 10/10, would go again :)

One of the the good tea place in San Jose. Pretty roomy. Parking is good. If you are near give it a try.

They force you to use the kiosk if you want to use a card. And the kiosk has an auto 4% convenience fee.
Haven’t had the Boba yet! It’s being made. This review is for the outstanding service from LinhWho is by herself! Manning all of the orders coming in, preparing orders and walk ins ! Also, like the music they play, not too loud, nice vibe. A little dark inside but the charcoal and wood decor is very chill as if you’re just waking up from or to party on.

As a Berkeley student, I drink a lot of boba every year and the House Milk Tea, boba and 80% sweetness at N7 continues to be the best drink I’ve ever tried. It’s milkier and creamier than most milk teas I’ve tried, and it’s extremely flavorful. A con is that drinks are pricey, and finding parking can be difficult. The joint is very spacious and service is lightning quick.
