Coffee temperature was not hot, not even warm. I asked to make it hot, the barista said he had to remade and seems not willing to do it. They don’t have microwave to reheat neither. I ended to drink the lukewarm sucky coffee in 48degree weather. Starbucks service is way better than this expensive unfriendly place. First and last time visit here.
This place is all above love! 💖 the coffee was excellent and very well balanced— It’s a very rare thing for me to describe my preference for less sweet and have that matched by taste and flavor. ;)

Only one issue, I could not get a hold of their marketing director for private party/ catering services. I called, emailed and left several voicemails. She finally got back to me after I called the coffee shop asking for help getting a hold of her. She called last minute to say they couldn't accommodate us.
We still met up ay Nirvana Soul and the staff was absolutely wonderful accommodating our group...
