I understand that managing a busy store can be stressful, but basic courtesy and politeness are essential in customer service, and she displayed neither.

I placed my order for a specific drink I had been looking forward to trying. After paying, I waited patiently for my order. When I finally received my drink, I discovered it was just plain water instead of the beverage I had ordered. Mistakes happen, and I was prepared to address the issue politely.

However, to my astonishment, the lady brusquely told me that she didn’t have time to make the correct drink. If you want to drink sugarcane juice, I feel this is a place that sells quality sugarcane juice, the large size is really large. I think they add sugar to the sugarcane juice because it has very little sugarcane flavor and is a bit sweet because of the sugar (I'm not sure) but you should try it.

Don't come here. They very dishonest. The lady gave me attitude when I asked about the price and how small the size is. The that tea cost $7 which is way more expensive for the small size I got. And the sugar cane was mixed with water

Best sugarcane juice in San Jose. Price is less compared to other spots. Juice is fresh and not watered down. Friendly service, there were occasions where I had gotten more quantity than I can carry, they provide easy to carry bags. Their coconut juice, Thai tea are also great.
