Booked a table with a request for outdoor patio. They tried to seat me in a corner near the bar. I asked to sit at one of the tables near the patio. Told they were all booked. They did seat us outside in the patio which was nice. The waiter was nice. I asked for her opinion on a drink. She suggested a drink that ended up costing 25$. Chips and guacamole took a while to come out because waiter said the ticket was missed in the kitchen. Food was slow, and when it did come, it was placed on a different table. After being placed on the wrong table, it was then brought to us. Our waiter provided the table to pay. I thought it was a bit expensive but went ahead and paid. I reviewed the receipt after and noticed I had been charged for two additional entrees I had not ordered. It took a while for the manager to come over and fix the mistake. The whole experience felt off from the beginning. Olla used to be my go to before a broadway show but after this experience, I’ll be going elsewhere.
Our server Kevin was so attentive and took great care of us! We will definitely be back!

This place was a great choice for a birthday brunch. The cucumber margarita is delish, whoever isn’t having one is missing out. I did think a lot of our food was cold when served, but thankfully unlike Italian cuisine, Mexican food still tastes great when cooled. The street corn was below average. Great guacamole, amazing crispy avo tacos.I had some veggie enchiladas too, and those were really wholesome and fresh.I do miss real spicy food. The bar menu isn’t great, and our sassy server suggested ordering ‘water’ if you’re looking for something sugar free. lol. Great spot still.Vegetarian options: Just the one taco. That’s no way near enough. I would love to see more cauliflower/pumpkin/sweet potato stuff or even mushrooms or tofu…
Beautiful restaurant and service was fantastic!Popped in for dinner- had the fried calamari and homemade salsa & chips- yum- have never had friend lemon so good and the peppers!!We split the street corn and beef birria tacos.Would definitely go again - just make sure to bring your appetite!!Parking: Depends on time of day for street parking

Hey everyone! Just had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant and had to share! Let me break it down for you: the Camarones a la Diabla were seriously spicy, but the taste was out of this world, and the presentation was on point. Plus, the portion size was just right, so you'll definitely leave satisfied. And the Street Corn? Oh my goodness, not only was it delicious, but the presentation was also Instagram-worthy! Perfectly grilled and topped with all the fixings. Now, onto the drinks—the Sangria was yum, but watch out, it packs a punch! And the Chicha Morada? Absolutely delicious and served in such a charming way. Oh, and did I mention the ambience? It's top-notch, and they've got great music playing too! Overall, a fantastic dining experience with flavorful dishes, strong drinks, and food that looks as good as it tastes. You've gotta check this place out!

Good vibes. Pozole was really good as were the chicken enchiladas. Others in my group enjoyed their salads and ceviche. And we all loved the drinks.

The tortilla chips are oily and thick. The waiter is excellent and always around the table.
Wife and I were drawn in by the authentic look and feel of the place. Our waiter was very nice, if a little slow and inattentive despite there being few customers.Food was NOT good. Chicken in nachos tasted like it was spoiled and wife was sick for two days afterwards. Don't recommend.

Very inviting and great atmosphere inside the restaurant... Although not much else was great here at Olla Cocina... Best part of the food was the Chips and Guacamole... Service was very slow...
