Very rude staff. We came in before 2pm and it was our first time there and we didn’t know it was going to get closed real soon at 2pm. They should have sent us away from the beginning rather than rushing us to eat and leave. One of their stuff , a girl that wears eyeglasses, literally stood on top of me to escort me out after 50 minutes, imagine this food is hot to eat and you do a lot of labor ,she even started picking up the plates while I was there. I also asked for tea earlier and one of their stuff brought it without sugar so I had to get up myself to go get sugar from the front area , because I felt uncomfortable to ask for anything at this point and that guy who brought the tea saw me and instead of trying to give me the sugar bowl he poured some of it in a small plate and handed it to me, he didn’t even ask if I need something to stir it with so I used the end of my chopsticks to stir.Very unpleasant experience and they didn’t deserve my tip😩

This One Pot location never disappoints! I have been here about 10 times and the food quality and service remains consistent. The meat is some of the best shabu shabu for the price I have had, and the broth selections are all delicious. I recommend and really enjoy the sukiyaki and garlic miso, but all are great options.

Worse than the Cupertino branch. Seat is extremely tight (the pot is easily spilled onto clothing. Rice is not soft, and is cold. Service is the worst. Everybody seems to be very busy. Perfect example of cutting cost leading to quality degradation.

One pot is always our first choice when we want to eat hot pot. The meat slices are very fresh and the vegetable hot pot ingredients are real food. The ingredients are very fresh, the environment is very clean, and the service staff are also very nice. A recommended hotpot restaurant.

Not really used to Japanese style Hot Pot but still lacked any flavor in the broth. Menu was confusing. Servings of vegetables were small for the price. Perhaps this was on point for Japanese style but used to Mala tang style hot pot. More flavor in the broth. Without the sauces this would have no flavor at all. Service was pretty good. Atmosphere was also ok. Didn't really get a Japanese vibe while there. Also on the menu it offers chicken potstickers but you have to cook yourself in the broth. Wasn't expecting that. Technically that's not a pot sticker. That's just a boiled dumpling. Much better hot pot in the area. Wouldn't recommend if you're used to any other style of hot pot.

Very BLAND broth. It really had no flavor. The meats were good but there was not enough and cut way too big. The Napa cabbage was bitter.

Didn’t enjoy the food at all and manager didn’t do anything about it. Coke was the only good thing here.

Nice experience. You cook all your food into a broth of your choice on your table. We selected the small option but it was still too much food. I wish they would have even smaller portion or allow sharing.

1 of the best Shabu restaurant in the bay area. They give a generous portion compared to most places. I usually get the lamb and the kobe beef (not real Japanese kobe). Dinner for 2 cost around $80 with drinks.

Some of the best hot pot I’ve had! I love the selection of vegetables and their quality was very fresh. The meat and broth were tasty. The portions were very generous too! I’ll be coming back!

Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies and tofu on the menu!

Recommended dishes: Sumo American Kobe and Sumo Angus Beef, Ramen, Garlic Miso

They have vegetarian options in this place, perfect if you want to eat healthy. Besides, they have some delicious mushrooms for the hot broth. However, this place gave me the experience of eating fishcake; it's not bad, but it wasn't too fishy, which is good. On the other hand, I was a little disappointed they ran out of mochi kinchaku, but I'm hoping to eat more of it because I tried mochi and tofu separately.
