TLDR: Go for the beer, bonus points if you love fries. Be forewarned, when we were there, the food menu was burgers and fries *only*. That said, they're damn good burgers and fries, just don't expect other options. Beer options were excellent. I enjoyed the Imperial Stout from Russian River and my wife liked the hard seltzer from someone or other. No frills, but did have TVs with football on. Beer, burgers, and football means I'd go back.
My favorite bar to start off an evening out. They have a rotating tap with a great selection of microbrews for everyone's taste. I enjoy sours which they always have a few delicious options. Burgers and fries also. Veggie burger option available.
The place has a great tap list, but OH MY GOD the burger and the fries are the best in San Jose. Do not sleep on the burger and the fries. Come fight me if you think I'm wrong.
