Ortiz panaderia is a very quiet atmosphere, customer service is decent bread and pastries I can honestly say are good and presentation of items is wonderful. But when it comes to trying their tamales I wasn't happy your paying for the masa itself the amount of meat that is put into their tamales isn't appetizing enough for me to return to purchase again.

They make very good bread but the service is terrible in the morning. The manager has a very bad attitude. The truth is, I don't think they should have these people working there. I think that if you go to buy bread from someone as a customer, they should give you the bread you bought. He wants not the one that the manager wants to give him, one is going to pay for it, they are not going to give it to him.
