After trying almost every panda branch in bay area i confidently can say this store has the best tasting menue out of all of them , even though they all share the same recepie, this store is the most consistantly great tasting items all around, even though they are located to a mall and have less room with less time, like any other mall, only landa store i drive 10 miles for almost everyday

Awful experience! Manager in black hat doesn't serve The Food I have to wait 20min to get the food. She keeps skipping ne Even though I paid first. Panda should fire her!

The service team deserves a zero-star if there is such an option. They are not just lazy, rude, but also indifferent and incompetent in preparing the food online for customers.

Bad service. The guys who serve have a bad attitude and are rude. It was the 7 pm shift. Terrible service. I am a customer every weekend but I will not return. They were very rude.

Rice is not cooked properly, and the beef smells very bad
Worst Panda Express I've encountered. I like Panda Express food. It's a fast food restaurant, so being ignored for 10 minutes (Yeah, I timed it) while standing at the counter with employees 6 feet in front of me doing completely pre-orders kind of bothered me. None of them even said "be with you in a minute" or anything to me, although I did try to get there attention, which they ignored. Eventually, the woman behind the counter asked me tersely "What do you want?". Smaller portions than any other Panda Express I go to in the Bay Area (Lawrence Ave, Cherry Ave, and another one in NW San Jose). I don't go here anymore. I look for food elsewhere or if I really want Panda Express, I go over the the Cherry Ave. one a couple minutes away.

It’s kind of sad Now panda make the orange chicken and pepper beef spicy. Staffs are very polite and friendly.

Like all Panda locations, it’s the best bang for your buck. It’s located at the mall.

I'm really disappointed with the chow mein.
It was dry, tasteless, and just lacking in flavor.
I don't expect to have gourmet food at PE, but this one in a mall food court just seems subpar compared to other PE restaurants.
