The chicken pieces in the chicken teriyakiHad really big chunks of fat attached. So weird- you can't even buy chicken at the supermarket with so much fat on it. The beef with broccoli is more like beef with "broccoli stalks"

Too often they mess up. The food is okay for the price but the sheer frustration of trying to order ahead only to realize they didn't notice my pickup request, and waiting on the Chow Mein to finish only to realize they didn't even put my order ahead after request. Than awkwardly standing in line only for the realization that it wasn't prepped.Working nearby I usually have a time limit of an hour, yet several times I have almost reached the mark waiting on a simple bowl.

Given a basically half empty bowl of a premium item with the wrong food. In the pic you see clearly I ordered chow mein, yet I got fried rice? Didn’t see it until I got home. Called. No answer. I’m so upset.

Disappointed at the small entree portion compared to other locations. My beijing beef barely covered the white rice and it was more soggy and sour than spicy and crisp.

Why is it that brown rice is constantly advertised on the menu but never available? Also, on my last visit, the chow mein had a rancid taste, the broccoli in broccoli beef was especially uncooked and the soda cups had an odd smell. They were also out of water bottles. This restaurant site is going downhill.

Worst Panda Express I have ever been too. Took 30 minutes to place an order with only 7 people in front of me.Once I got to the front 3/4 items I wanted were out or were only had scraps left. On top of making me wait they gave tiny portions. They were severely understaffed.I don't have high expectations at all for Panda as Ive been there many times but this was a new low.

My food was so delicious and fresh o was starving and I came for a small bowl I have fried rice with string bean chicken it was so yummy I ate in the mall so it was loud but manageable I definitely love this place

This Panda Express is hit and miss. Some servers fill up the food containers however the manager is stingy. He seems to be counting how much food is put into the container and stops filling when the container is about 75% full and tries to spread the food out to make it look fuller. He also seems to count how many shrimp is spooned into the container.
