Today I was served by a girl named Sarahí, and I can't believe it; it seemed like she was practically giving the food away because the portion was so small. I've never been served such a small amount of food on a plate before.

My family member shopped at this location twice recently, but both receipts printed unclearly. The unique rewards code produced an error in the app (‘We are unable to look up this transaction’), and the QR code could not be scanned by an iPhone.

I had such a great experience thanks to Jazmin! She was super friendly, patient, and went out of her way to make sure my order was perfect. You can tell she really cares about customers and takes pride in her work. My food was fresh, hot, and served with a smile — exactly what you hope for every time you visit Panda. Fantastic first ever experience at a Panda Express for me. KeeKee really took the time to explain the dishes to me and gave me some recommendations. The store was out of cup carriers but she put all the effort she had into trying to find something for me and came up with a box that worked well enough.

In the past they used to be so generous with their portions but now its lost that portion size with some plates not even reaching the top part of the lower box. Honestly when we went here the atmosphere was really depressing as if the restaurant was practically like a ghost town restaurant wasnt really cheerful anymore. For me this place looks as if it lost its spark and its sad to see that, during our whole duration there it was eerily quiet. I also do think the honey walnut shrimp quality in taste has gone down to some extent.
We stand inline and paid three boxes. But missed one when we got home. I had to drive there for credit. It is a terrible experience! Not recommended

This, honestly in my opinion is the best Panda Express. I come here all the time; not just because the food is great but because the service is better! They know me when I come in and greet me with a smile. They notice when I have been gone for a while and make a point to let me know that. They seem to really care which is something I need as a busy Memory Care Director who just needs some good food. I used to work in food myself for 10+ years and by God’s grace, worked my way into management there. I used to have to train people on good customer service. So that is why I wanted to take the time to show my appreciation. I know personally that their job is not easy and is not always appreciated. But I just wanted to make sure you guys knew, I appreciate you and all your hard work. Keep it up guys! You’re doing great!
