Who knew great tacos come from a truck and not a restaurant? I did. That's why I frequent food trucks to find underrated foods. Their cabeza is the best I've had. Super tender and melts in your mouth. Not a hint of gaminess like you'd find elsewhere. They do something different. Perhaps they grill in butter instead of oil, or have better ingredients. Whatever it is, it's working. Btw their "orange" sauce is really hot

I heard about this taco truck and it's located on the corner of Meridian and Foxworthy in an auto repair place. Lots of street parking and the chicken super burrito is perhaps the best I've had! While I thought $12 was a bit on the high side, they are HUGE and the ingredients all fresh! They only give you 2 small salsa containers and charge for extras which was the only downside.
